Tuition

Here is how our billing works. At the end of each month, we calculate how many enrichment minutes of class your child(ren) attended the previous month. We email you an invoice on the 7th of the month. The balance is automatically deducted on the 15th using the form of auto-payment on file.

The tuition is calculated using the following rates per hour, but you are billed to the minute.  Please note that siblings must attend on the same day to receive the sibling discount.

Workshop Novice: Less than six hours of enrichment classes a week
$22 an hour
$18.04 each for two or more siblings

Workshop Apprentice: Between six and ten hours of enrichment classes a week
$20 an hour
$16.40 each for two or more siblings

Workshop Master: More than 10 hours of enrichment classes a week
$18 an hour
$14.76 each for two or more siblings

Fees Related to Policies

No Show Fee. There is a $30 ‘No Show’ fee if your child is scheduled to attend, but does not sign in.
Unscheduled Attendance Fee. There is a $30 ‘Unscheduled Attendance' fee if your child comes to Workshop, but has not been scheduled to attend class that day.
Late Fee. There is a $5 per minute late fee per child for pick up from class after 6 p.m.

Discounts

Educator Discount: 30% discount given to parents who work in K-12 education. You must reapply for this discount each year. After you register each year, please email your employer information to lynnfischbach@workshopeducation.org to have this discount added. Sibling discounts are not provided with educator discounts.

Free and Reduced Lunch Discount: 60% discount. You must reapply for this discount each year. After you register each year, please email your Free and Reduced lunch approval to lynnfischbach@workshopeducation.org to have this discount added. Sibling discounts are not provided with free and reduced lunch discounts.

Other Discounts: We want all children who would benefit from Workshop Education enrichment classes to be able to access our classes.
